The Seller Center at a glance
The Seller Center at https://seller.032-ventures.com is the one interface for all marketplaces. The menu is on the left, the state of your brand top right, next to the Help button (it opens this handbook in your language) and the language selector with ten languages. Menu items you cannot use yet are greyed out, not hidden: you see your path before you walk it.

The overview
The start page shows your figures for a period you choose at the top (7 or 30 days, 3, 6 or 12 months): revenue and orders in the period, total revenue and the number of active products, below that the revenue trend with the change against the previous period, the state of your orders (open, shipped) and the revenue per marketplace. Days without sales appear as zero in the curve. If your store is no longer connected, for example because the app was uninstalled, the overview warns you. The header shows the state of your brand, and all details live under Settings. As a catalogue brand you see a pointer to Catalogue, Sales instead of the curve.
The figures come from the marketplaces themselves. If one does not respond right now, that is stated, and the total leaves it out. That is a note about us, not about your brand.
Who sees the Center
The person who created the brand is the owner. Under Settings ▸ Team she can invite other people; they see and edit everything, only changing the team, stopping sales and downloading the data stay with the owner. Details under Settings.
How quickly things take effect
Everything you save in the Seller Center (terms, shipping, listings, details) is picked up by the marketplaces within two minutes. Orders and support, by contrast, live in the respective marketplace; the Seller Center fetches them from all of them at once into one list. It loads your customers' addresses only when you open a single order.
