When you get paid
After a paid order, a pending transfer to you is created automatically. It becomes due 14 days after the payment is received. Once those 14 days have passed, the platform transfers the amount to your connected payment account automatically. A daily process checks what is due and triggers the transfers.
- There is no minimum payout. Every order becomes due individually and is transferred individually as soon as its 14 days are up. Nothing is pooled.
- An order you have not shipped is not paid out. If it is not shipped 14 days after the order, we refund the customer and the payout does not happen.
- From your connected payment account to your bank, Stripe then transfers automatically on your account's standard schedule. We cover the fees for this, see What we cover.
The 14 days are the waiting period for cancellations and withdrawals: if an order is reversed within that time, the transfer is not triggered, see Returns, cancellations, withdrawal.
